- ORDER INSTRUCTIONS -

1. Before placing your order, message me with your idea and upload your photos to the message so we can discuss the painting in depth:
- The arrangement of the photos.
- Potential photo enhancements.
- A deadline that you need the portrait for (I have constant orders over Etsy and other platforms, all with set dates to be completed. It would be beneficial to discuss this before ordering so I can guarantee that you will receive it in time).
- If you want a plain background or something more bespoke and personal to you behind the people in the portrait, that's no problem we can chat about your exact requirements. This piece of art is personal to you, I will bend over backwards to make it the perfect memorial.

2. Once the ideas for the digital sketch have been approved by all, you can choose to purchase it from this page either straight away or closer to the time. Choose the size of the final print and how many people you would like on the page.

2. Add your selection to your basket and follow the steps to payment.

3. I will create your portrait in your desired time frame, then message your portrait preview for you to confirm or make changes.

4. UNLIMITED REVISIONS FREE OF CHARGE

5. I will package your portrait with care to ensure it gets delivered to you safely. I will secure your portrait in a heavy duty tube or between layers of cardboard to ensure it arrives without being damaged. All orders are sent FIRST CLASS SIGNED FOR (along with tracking number) in the UK, and on the fastest possible route abroad (also with tracking number).

- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -

- These pieces of art are digitally made on a computer to your exact specifications before being printed on artist drawing paper or high quality gloss photo paper, to your desired size.

- There are no refunds after you have received your preview as it takes time to create your portrait which I am sure you can understand.

I do not use actual paint/pencils. I use a computer to create your portrait and print the it onto photo paper.

* Please try to send a picture of the whole face and body of each person (if you have a few pictures even better)***

* I need a good quality picture each person, any picture that has been taken on a decent smartphone/camera should be okay but I will
let you know as soon as possible after receiving your order and photograph whether the quality is sufficient. Photo enhancements are possible as long as they aren't insanely blurry.

* Photos should be taken from the angle you would like the people to appear on the print.

* I cannot start your portrait until you have placed your order. But again, message me first ********
